Rohit Sharma created history, becoming the first man ever to smash two double centuries in ODIs. Rohit got his second double ton vs Sri Lanka in Eden Gardens on Thursday. His first (209) came against Australia in Bangalore on November 3, 2013.After being dropped on 4, Rohit Sharma made the most of his lifeline to become the only man to slam two ODI double centuries. His knock helped India beat Sri Lanka by 153 runs. Rohit also surpassed Virender Sehwag’s 219 to become the highest-scorer in ODIs. He is the only Batsman having scored centuries in all the Three available formats of the Game.

Rohit was dismissed off the final delivery for 264, as India finished on 404/5 and eventually won the match by 153 runs. Rohit’s scintillating essay included 33 fours and 9 sixes.
