Happy Bhag Jayegi Movie Review: First Day First Show

Diana Penty may have turned heads with her performance in her debut film Cocktail but she waited for good four years before saying yes to her second film. And Mudassar Aziz’s film Happy Bhag Jayegi seems like a perfect way to make a comeback.

Playing the titular character- Happy Bhag Jayegi is a story of a runaway bride who in a bid to escape her own wedding lands up in Pakistan. Needless to say all hell breaks loose from there onwards.

The film has Abhay Deol, Ali Fazal and Jimmy Sheirgill competing against each other to get Happy’s affection.
Produced by Anand L Rai the film is being touted as a rom-com. Shomini Sen of News18.com is inside the theatre to find out if Happy will make the audience happy or not.
