Earthquake In North India today

It seems that northen part of Our country, is becoming hot spot for natural earthquakes.
Today around 2.20 pm , earthquake with epicenter at Afghanistan, hit delhi and surrounding areas with a rictor scale of 7.5 at origin.
Continuous earthquakes in this region are felt for last 1 and half year or so,on regular intervels, indicating that the Himalayian plates are shifting.
