Indian Railways launches Web portal, Application for lodging complaints

New Delhi: Barely three days after the announcement of the same in the budget, the Minister of Railways Suresh Prabhu on Monday launched a Web portal and mobile application for users to lodge complaints against problems faced in utilising services.

While launching the Website and App that works on Android and Windows platforms, Prabhu said that the ‘Customer Complaint-cum-Suggestion’ portal and mobile App can be freely downloaded and used to register and track status of complaints registered on the portal.

He said that Railways welcome suggestions from the people to further improve the passenger services and valuable suggestions on this newly launched portal can be incorporated in all possible ways, if found suitable.

How To Register Complaint

Those who want to complain or make any suggestions can download the mobile App from the www.coms.indianrailways.gov.in.
The passengers can also file their complaints and suggestions on www.coms.indianrailways.gov.in.
Complainants can also SMS their views on +91-9717630982.
