Two trains collide in Haryana; 1 killed, over 100 injured

Palwal: Over 100 people were injured when an EMU train collided with Lokmanya Tilak Express (Mumbai-Haridwar) near Palwal railway station in Haryana on Tuesday.

The incident took place at 8:25 am.

Meanwhile, chief public relation officer (CPRO), Northern Railways, Neeraj Sharma, said fog and negligence of the driver of the rear train were the causes of the mishap.

Sharma added that medical teams have also reached the spot.
